Protocol for client appointments.

Client comes in for a “free” consultation. The time involved with a consultation is up to 30 minutes. All consultations are booked early in the morning/evening T-F.  The reason for this is that no-shows effect my income.  A through consultation is given and depending on the clients schedule and mine, and if requested, a treatment may be given, if time allows. Otherwise an appointment is set up for another time.
