Douglas Schmoll and Connie Karstens took us foraging through Timberlake Orchard in New London, Minnesota. I got a first hand close-up look at Edible Herbs and Healing Herbs. Great education was given by Douglas and Connie. Plan on going again next year!

I attended this Wild Edible 5-course meal. It was fantastic. We forged for an array of common wild edible plants. I learned how important plant food really is to our health.
