For this week I have 2 tips. When doing your (daily) exercises…..I recommend on-line, (“Grow Young Fitness.com), that you breath at least 8 in deeply out deeply breaths. Take your time and make sure you doing the breathing slowly, as what happens it that the muscles then release and relax, without this breathing, your muscles stay tight. You don’t want that, as that can cause pain after your routine. #2 tip is to make SURE you get up and move around at least every 30 minutes. Do some gentle stretching also, as this will help your body to relax.
