Canceling and re-schedueling appointments for 2016

Please when canceling and re-scheduling appointments, PLEASE call me. This is respectful for another client wanting an appointment and to me for my time that I am waiting for a client that does not show up… and instead of calling; contacting me another way. I appreciate each and every client and try to do my best to respect your appointment time.
