As of October 1, 2019 ALL clients will have to make full payment for services rendered, at the time of the service. I cannot have a client send me a check in the mail. I offer check, cash and charge and debit card. ALL charges will have 4% added for precessing expenses. Please make sure you have a payment method before the service. There are NO exceptions.
